The Ross Motel is a proud sponsor of the 2013 Ross Marathons which is being run on Father’s Day, 1st September 2013. We look forward to supporting all the runners at this year’s event which should be bigger and better than last year.

Relax and put your feet up after a hard day’s running or watching the Ross marathons and stay with us on the Sunday night. The Ross Market

The Ross Market will continue throughout winter. Completely under cover, the market is held on the third Sunday of each month at the Ross Town Hall, in Church Street.

You will be delighted by variety of antiques, collectables and treasures.

Longford’s birthday party

Early stages of planning is underway for when Longford celebrates its 200th birthday in March 2014. Please make a note in your diaries. Come along to the party!

Agfest – 2nd to 4th May 2013

Agfest 2013 is being held in Carrick from Thursday 2 May to Saturday 4 May, 2013.

AgFest is everything agricultural in one place! Running for 40 years strong, this event is worth going even if it is just for the working sheep dog trials. You will find agricultural and industrial demonstrations from all over the state, including the latest product releases.

Located near Carrick, Agfest is less than an hours drive from Ross with superb accommodation available at the Ross Motel.
